The company ARCIMPEX focuses on the sale of metallurgical material, welding materials and the production of precision blanks from steel sheets. Other activities of the company also include the purchase and treatment of scrap metal.
The company ARCIMPEX was founded on March 8, 1991. The current turnover of the company is approximately CZK 4.2 billion and the company and employs 130 employees.
The company's headquarters is located in Sviadnov, in the industrial zone on the periphery of Frýdek-Místek. The headquarters includes a modern warehouse and a production area. ARCIMPEX extends to an area of 61,000 m2, which is located near the road to Ostrava, at the exit of the village Sviadnov and owns a railway siding. Thanks to the railway siding the headquarters of the company is easily accessible for carriers.

About us
The company's storage and production facilities include warehouse with an area of 17,000 m2 and a tempered warehouse for welding consumables. The whole complex is equipped with modern handling equipment (cranes with a load capacity of up to 25 t, magnetic beams for loading sheets or blanks and forklifts), which contributes to a smooth and fast loading of material.
We divide metallurgical materials (steel sheets, pipes, rolled profiles and clays) according to customers wishes.
All the metallurgical products and welding materials that we provided include certificates. One of the additional services that we provide is the transportation of materials by our own fleet, or through contracted carriers which ensure transportation by road as well as by rail.
In the area of customer credit risk management, the company has at disposal receivables insurance of the credit insurance company Euler Hermes SA and Coface Czech Insurance Service.

Management systems and certification
The company ARCIMPEX holds the Lloyd's Register quality management systems according to ČSN EN ISO 9001 and environmental management according to ČSN EN ISO 14001. In 2014, we obtained a Quality Management Certificate according to Council Regulation (EU) No. 333/2011, which allows us to supply scrap iron not as waste, but as a raw material as well.
