Among the other services provided by our company we include cutting steel shapes on CNC machines. We produce shaped blanks according to technical documentation and specifications set by the customer, including the supply of input material.

We provide our own steel sheets according to the required specification from our warehouse or we can process material supplied by the customer. Based on the customer requirements, we provide non-destructive testing of materials by ultrasound according to SEL, ČSN EN, DIN, tests of mechanical properties in the testing room, surface treatment of sheets by blasting with metal abrasives, annealing, sheet metal bending, drilling, beveling and last but not least transport of finished blanks
Technical details
The elaboration of documentation including the design proposal in paper or electronic form by specialists (file formats * .dxf, * .dwg, etc.) The elaboration of the production plan by the SAPSprow software, TruTops Boost Material division according to the specified accuracy class according to ČSN EN ISO 9013. We burn quality steel according to ČSN classes 11 - 17.
